• Different base oils [basses oils are selected as per the soap category] are heated and mixed with appropriated amount of sodium lye solution in the same temperature and continuously agitated till the trace is formed.
• When the trace begins to appear, herbs or other additives are added to the mixture and stirred continuously , simultaneously Essential oils are added
• After addition of all required ingredients, the mixture is further stirred for few minute then immediately poured into tray or mould and covered properly.
• The mixture is kept in warm temperature for 24 hours.
• Then the mixture is cured at suitable temperature and humidity for a week. During this period the mixture solidifies and the saponication reaction completes which eventually turns into soap.
